These guys are consistently good. Their musicianship has improved. They even played nice instrumentals. Trent's writing is inspired. A really nice show in a Menno community by a Menno band.

2017/10/03 |
Rhiannon is a wonderfuly skilled vocalist with a big voice. Her show was sometimes like a revival. Other times it was like a social awareness campaign. Throughout, the music was great. The band was tight. And fans came away with a refreshed attit |

Much Better than the last time we saw him. He's maturing. Less cocky and more jammy. The jams were fine but sometimes way to long and lost along the way. Overall a good show. Best sound I have ever heard at Elk Creek on this day.

Sublime concert. Rodney & his terrific songs plus Eamon McLoughlin playing magnificently on fiddle & mandolin the show was simply wonderful. Spellbinding. The time flew. Wish he played longer. (he was the warmup act for Tommy Emanuel??) |

Tommy is technically fantastic. He is a great performer and I still come away empty. He is sort of arrogant in a smiling sort of way. He trys too hard to make sure people know how good he is. He poses!

2018/06/10 |
Jeff a bit taken aback at playing such a small, remote venue with people riding buggies down the main street in front of the bar. The band was great as it has been since Kyle Tuttle joined up with Jeff. Lots of energy, lots of noise, lots of great |

I really wanted to see Chris Stapleton other than with the Steeldrivers (who I love). He opened with Midnight Train to Memphis. Wow. But the show cratered after that. It was too loud, too much rock and roll, and little soul. The crowd was young, |

Marty was great doing his Sonora Desert, Navajo oriented show. The crowd didn't care. Made noise and ruined a good show. Marty was working so hard to win the crowd. They were busy drinking and yelling. Disappointed.

They played fine this night, opening up with a kick butt version of Statesboro Blues. But as the show went on it lost steam. They were fine, but I have seen them much better at a smaller indoor venue. This is a great band. |

Leo was just as I expected. Musically excellent, a little off the wall with his stream of consiousness style chatter. His voice is a bit thinner, but he can still kill the 12 string guitar which he finger picks.
